A bath tap swap in Norwich — 17 October
A Norwich flat needed its bath mixer tap replaced. We removed the old tap, fitted a new chrome bath mixer with a diverter shower head, and fitted new flexible connectors with isolating valves under the bath so the next swap needs no drain-down. The bath was then re-siliconed along the tiled edge and tested with a full fill and drain.
With the side panel off we also found the WC flush pipe seals had perished — a slow leak waiting to happen. We replaced the seals and re-siliconed the WC back to the wall before leaving. Two jobs, one visit, one agreed price.
